Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and gear
- Ages 6+ only; no one under age 5 may enter, including non-painting visitors
- Children ages 6–15 require adult supervision, with 1 adult for every 3 children
- The session cardholder must bring photo ID; if they are absent, a participant needs a credit card and matching ID
- Waiver acknowledgement is required before participating
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.
FAQs
Wear clothes you do not mind getting messy. A poncho and shoe covers are included, and goggles are available on request.
Sessions start on the hour.
Take a regular 16 x 20 canvas home at the end of your session. Transport it carefully if it is still wet. Extra-large 24 x 30 canvases need 5–7 days to dry; pick them up within 15 days.
