Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before the rental date. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Same-day bookings are nonrefundable.

Rentals are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Take the Trust for Governors Island ferry from the Battery Maritime Building in Lower Manhattan. The ferry runs daily and takes about 7 minutes from Manhattan.
Optional bike insurance is available for small and large surreys and duo pedal cars. It covers accidental damage to the bike, but not theft.
