Important details
- Arrive 15–30 minutes before departure for check-in
- U.S. residents ages 16+ must bring a current U.S.-issued photo ID
- For non-U.S. residents ages 16+, park entrance fees are not included: a $100 fee per adult applies without a $250 Non-Resident America the Beautiful Pass, which covers the holder and up to 3 other adults
- Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult
- Children ages 0–4 require an infant or toddler car seat, and ages 5–7 require a booster seat
- If boarding assistance is required, a companion must assist with boarding, exiting, and remain on tour
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; both may be required at check-in
- A second seat, when required, has a $50 comfort-seat fee that is not included in the listed price
- Expect the tour to operate in rain, snow, or shine when roads are open; unsafe conditions may require changes or cancellation
- Wear a seat belt, stay on designated trails and walkways, and remain at least 6 feet from the rim edge
- Photos and video may be taken and used for publicity or advertising
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change up to 24 hours before departure without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Arrivals after the tour start time are considered no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels the tour.
