Important details
- Children must be accompanied by an adult rider. Children ages 3–5 ride with an adult.
- Weight limit: 250 lbs per rider.
- The ride takes place outside the Grand Canyon, not inside it.
- Do not bring backpacks or GoPro cameras.
- Sign a waiver in person at check-in before the ride.
- Afternoon storms may delay departure until the storm subsides.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled ride.
Cancellation Policy
The 20% deposit is nonrefundable. You may cancel up to 3 days before your ride, or 7 days before rides during holiday weeks. Cancellations within these windows are charged in full. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your ride may leave without you and you'll be charged in full.
