Important details

• Arrive 30 minutes before your rental for check-in and orientation
• Rent only if you are at least 18 with a valid driver's license and a major credit card in your own name
• Bring the credit card used to reserve and a government-issued ID with matching names
• Operate only with a Texas Boater Safety Certificate if born on or after September 1, 1993; qualifying out-of-state certifications are accepted
• Wear a life jacket at all times while on the water, including while tubing or using water toys
• Avoid beaching the boat and switching drivers at docks, on beaches, or from another vessel
• Expect a fuel charge at the end of your rental; fuel is not included in the listed price
• Keep a valid credit card on file for the security deposit and any damage costs
• Return on time to avoid a $135 fee for every 15 minutes late; rescues unrelated to mechanical failure cost $250
• Complete a signed liability waiver at check-in
• Pack out all trash and personal items when you return
