- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental for check-in and orientation
- Renter and operator ages 18+ only with a valid driver's license
- Bring a Texas Boater Safety Certificate if born on or after September 1, 1993; valid out-of-state certifications are accepted
- Bring the credit card used to reserve; its name must match your government-issued ID
- Keep a valid credit card on file for damage charges; you are responsible for damage to the Waverunner
- Wear a life jacket at all times while on the water
- Do not switch drivers at docks, beaches, or another vessel
- Do not beach the Waverunner; follow shoreline restrictions
- Complete the required liability waiver at check-in
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged at the end of your rental
- Expect a $250 rescue fee for rescues unrelated to mechanical failure and a $135 late fee for every 15 minutes
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or refunds. Unsafe conditions such as lightning or high winds may result in cancellation or a later start time. Cloudy, cold, or light rain conditions do not qualify for a raincheck.
