• Requires good physical condition, completion of training exercises, and mine staff approval
• Requires walking more than 2 miles on uneven terrain and negotiating loose, sloped footing
• Includes rappelling and sections up to a 40-minute walk or climb from the nearest exit
• Requires carrying an approximately 10-pound backpack for the full tour
• Bring a light jacket and wear closed-toe footwear; flip-flops are not allowed
• Do not collect minerals or artifacts
