Explore native copper, vast mine chambers, and older underground passages. Then descend by rappel for a more physical route through the mine.
- Enter the No. 1 adit to see solid pieces of native copper
- Rappel 80 feet to a lower level of the mine
- Crawl through small passageways and hike uneven, steep terrain
- Choose a swing bridge spanning a 30-foot chasm or a 10-foot slide exit
- Bring a light jacket; long pants are recommended for muddy or wet conditions
