Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel more than 3 days before the service date to avoid remaining charges. Cancellations within 3 days and no-shows incur the full charge. Unsafe weather may lead to changes, relocation, rescheduling or cancellation. For severe weather on the day, payments transfer to a rescheduled date within 3 months, subject to availability.
