Important details
- All ages welcome
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, and high heels are not allowed.
- Print and sign your waiver, and bring it when you arrive. Everyone in your party needs to do the same.
- Rides require winds below 5 mph. The pilot evaluates conditions on the day and has the final say on whether rides can safely operate.
Cancellation Policy
Weather cancellations are rescheduled. If weather prevents rides on site, a 50% charge applies; keeping the balloon for the full time costs 100%. Setup requested despite the pilot's weather warning costs 100%, without refunds. Refunds are only considered after 3 weather cancellations. Cancel at least 72 hours ahead to reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows incur full charges.
