- Arrive at 9:00 a.m. for morning trips or 1:00 p.m. for afternoon trips, unless your guide sets another time
- Bring a valid North Carolina Inland fishing license, either 10-day or annual
- Complete the required risk and liability waiver before checking in; a legal guardian must sign for participants under 18
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 7 days before your trip. Receive a 50% refund when you cancel 3–6 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before or no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to electrical storms, high water, or unsafe air or water temperatures.

Yes. All participants (and legal guardians for anyone under 18) must read, complete, and sign an acknowledgement of risk and release of liability form before you go out on the river.
