-Arrive 1/2 hour prior to departure. -Complete online Waiver in Booking Confirmation -Complete Rental Agreement at Kiosk in Pro-Shop upon arrival -Pick out Safety Gear (Helmets & Goggles) -Attend Driver Safety Meeting -Depart with Guide on Tour -There will be a stop during tour at which time drivers can switch -Stop includes Private Picnic Area with Porta-Potty -Return from Tour -Complete Check-out process

Important details
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before your start time to complete the liability waiver and get fitted for gear
- Minimum 2 people per vehicle
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Children under 17 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, neck, back, or knee issues, and serious health conditions are not permitted
- Drug and alcohol use is not permitted before or during the activity
- Wear clothing on both top and bottom; closed-toe shoes are recommended
- Rides operate rain or shine except in severe or unsafe weather
- A mandatory, nonrefundable $40 insurance fee and $40 fuel fee apply per Side-by-Side, per day; neither is included in the listed price
- You may be charged $1,500 if a rented vehicle is damaged
- Reckless or careless driving can end your ride immediately without a refund
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before the ride for a full refund. Cancel 2–6 days before for a refund minus a 10% cancellation charge. No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before the ride or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe or unsafe weather.

Wear clothing that covers your top and bottom, plus closed-toe shoes or boots. Bring weather-appropriate layers, sunscreen or insect repellent, and a camera; leave drones behind.
Expect dust or mud depending on conditions. Wear dark clothing or items you do not mind staining, and consider leaving a change of clothes and a towel in your car.
