Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before for no penalty. Between 48 hours and 7 days, rebooking will be attempted; a fee may apply. No refunds within 48 hours, for missing certification, safety ineligibility, or arrival under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No-shows are charged full price. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
