Itinerary

Your Instructor-Led Canvas Painting Mobile Art Party is a 2-hour guided painting experience designed for creativity, fun, and connection.

20–30 minutes before start:
Your instructor and host arrive early to set up all painting supplies and prepare your creative space. (Setup time is not included in the 2 hours.)

0–15 minutes | Welcome & Setup
Guests get settled, put on aprons, and your instructor introduces the painting design and materials.

15–30 minutes | Getting Started
Your instructor demonstrates basic brush techniques, color blending, and layering while everyone begins their background.

30–110 minutes | Guided Painting Session
Follow along as your instructor leads the group step-by-step through the painting. Guests can relax, paint, and personalize their artwork with individual touches.

110–120 minutes | Final Touches & Photos
Guests complete their masterpieces and take group photos. Cleanup takes about 15 minutes and is fully handled by our team.
