- Arrive 30 minutes early for parking, paperwork, helmet fitting, and horse preparation
- Complete the waiver before arrival
- Ages 7+ only; children must be accompanied by an adult
- Riders 5'8" and taller: 240 lbs maximum; riders under 5'8": 180 lbs maximum
- Ride in a Western saddle; English riding and English saddles are unavailable
- Disclose recent surgery, chronic conditions, disabilities, or concerns affecting balance or horse control before your ride
- This activity is not recommended during pregnancy
- Expect rides to be adjusted or rescheduled for excessive heat, wind, rain, or unsafe ground conditions
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or same-day changes receive no refund or credit; a $20 tack-up fee per horse may apply. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, horse welfare, operational safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
