- Operators must be 18 or older. Adults ages 18+ must operate their own jet ski.
- Riders ages 10–17 may ride with an adult operator age 18+.
- Swimming ability is required. Before departure, you must swim approximately 20 yards and climb onto the jet ski unassisted, lifting your own body weight.
- Weight limits: 250 lbs for a solo operator; 350 lbs combined for an operator and rider.
- A driver's license is required to operate. Bring your license and booking confirmation to present to security when entering the property.
- A credit card deposit is required to operate and is not included in the listed price.
- You cannot operate if staff suspect you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure receive no refund. If the captain cancels your tour, including for weather, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
