Itinerary

1. Check-In & Orientation – Meet your guide at the launch point, review safety basics, and get fitted for your clear kayak.
2. Guided Paddle – Embark on a peaceful paddle through Shell Key Preserve’s turquoise waters, learning about local wildlife and ecosystems along the way.
3. Mindful Breathwork – Slow your pace and connect with your senses as your guide leads simple breathing and mindfulness cues on the water.
4. Beach Landing – Arrive at a secluded stretch of sand perfect for relaxing, exploring shells, and taking photos.
5. Guided Beach Yoga Session – Enjoy a rejuvenating beginner-friendly yoga flow led by a certified instructor with the sound of gentle waves around you.
6. Return Paddle – Glide back to the launch site feeling refreshed, centered, and connected to nature.

Important details

• Complete the digital waiver and Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission safety video before arrival
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
• Ages 3+ only; children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 425 lbs combined per tandem kayak
• Requires sufficient upper-body mobility to paddle independently and the ability to lower yourself to the ground and rise again
• Life jackets are required; bring a Coast Guard-approved, properly sized life jacket for children under 30 lbs
• Remove shoes before entering the kayak
• Pets, alcohol, and swimming are prohibited during the experience
• Tours operate in hot or cold weather
• A 20% mandatory gratuity applies to groups of 11 or more and is not included in the listed price
