- Arrive 15–30 minutes early for parking and preparation
- Ages 13+ only; travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your tour for a refund minus a 5% handling fee. Within 7 days, reservations are final unless canceled due to weather. If weather cancels before launch, reschedule or receive a refund minus the handling fee. If canceled within the first hour after launch, reschedule or receive a 50% refund.

FAQs
Bring sunscreen, lip balm, a full water bottle, and high-energy snacks or a light lunch. Pack dry socks and shoes or a change of clothes for afterward.
Your footwear will get wet, and some clothing may become damp. Most people do not get very wet during the tour.
