Important details
- Ages 8+ only
- Swimming ability and comfort in deep water are required. You cannot stand once you leave the entry steps. No previous snorkeling experience is necessary.
- Requires navigating stairs to reach the ocean
- Participation under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted
- Arrive at the shop 15 minutes before the tour to sign waivers
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before for no penalty. For cancellations 48 hours to 7 days before, rebooking will be attempted and a fee may apply. No refunds within 48 hours; no-shows are charged full price. No refund if you're deemed ineligible for safety reasons or arrive under the influence. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
