Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your excursion; a $5 per-person admin fee and any booking fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100%. For parties of 6 or more, cancellations within 9 days are charged 100%. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
