Bring a swimsuit. Changing spaces are limited, so you may arrive wearing it under your clothes. For the Lake Superior cold plunge, bring sandals, water shoes, Crocs, or wool socks; footwear is required when temperatures are below freezing.

Everyone age 18 and older must sign a waiver to participate.
