Important details
- Ages 8+ only and minimum weight 80 pounds (36 kilograms)
- Requires a signed waiver confirming good health
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with heart, blood vessel, or lung conditions
- Bring or wear swimwear with a cover-up and towel
- Use only coral-safe sunscreen in the USVI
- Wait at least 4 hours after the excursion before flying
- Bring photo ID matching the credit card on file at check-in
- A credit card is required for the reservation; if the cardholder is absent, a completed credit card authorization form is required before arrival
- Bring valid local ID when using the resident rate
- Member rate requires a valid membership code
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your activity with no penalty. Cancellations 72 to 48 hours before are charged a 30% service charge. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged the full activity amount. Changes within 48 hours incur a $50 fee, excluding name changes. No refunds for not meeting activity requirements.
