Cancellation Policy
Private charter: the amount charged at booking is a security deposit and is non-refundable unless the captain cancels due to bad weather or mechanical breakdown. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. If you cancel outside 14 days, you may owe the remaining balance if the trip cannot be rebooked. No-shows charged full price.
