Arrival & Check-in – Arrive 10 minutes before flight time at Kona International Airport (General aviation parking).

Pre-Flight Briefing – Meet your instructor, pre-flight briefing.

Gear Up – Put on your headset and prepare for takeoff.

Flight Time (30 Minutes) – Take the controls and fly under instructor supervision. Choose from open or enclosed cockpit.

Landing & Debrief – Return to base, discuss your flight, and receive your certificate/logbook entry. Check out gear or merch.

- Sign a liability waiver before your flight
- Do not wear flip-flops
- Flights operate only when weather and safety conditions permit
- Late arrival may shorten your flight or result in forfeiting your booking without a refund
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
