Know before you go
- Ages 8+ only
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled flight
- Wear long sleeves for sun and wind protection; flip-flops are not allowed, and barefoot is permitted
Cancellation Policy
Change or cancel at no charge 48 hours or more before your scheduled flight. Within 48 hours, you'll be charged the full flight amount if your time slot cannot be filled; no charge applies if it is filled.
