Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before the tour with no charge. Within 48 hours, cancellations, rescheduling, or opting out of the bike ride are charged in full. If the operator cancels before pickup within 48 hours, receive a full refund or reschedule. If biking is called off at the staging area, the van tour continues at 50% of the tour cost.
