- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; arrive 45 minutes early if renting a wetsuit

- Arrive sober; alcohol and substance use is not permitted
- Expect trips to operate in rain or snow; extreme weather may cancel the trip
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before your reservation for a full refund less a 15% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days. Changes less than 1 week before cost $75; less than 3 days cost $130; day-of-trip changes cost $175.
