• Ages 25+ only. A valid U.S. driver's license is required, and no additional drivers are allowed.
• Active personal auto insurance in your name is required throughout the rental, with liability coverage of at least $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident, and $50,000 for property damage, plus comprehensive and collision coverage for rental vehicles. Bring proof before vehicle release; without it, the vehicle cannot be released and your deposit is forfeited.
• Your insurance is the primary coverage; no supplemental coverage is provided. You remain responsible for deductibles, damages, and associated costs, including full liability if your insurer denies coverage.
• Pets require authorization. An unauthorized pet incurs a $250 fee, separate from the listed price.
• A $500 damage deposit is required at the start of the rental and is not included in the listed price.
• The rental includes 150 miles. Excess mileage costs $3 per mile, separate from the listed price.
• Return the vehicle with a full fuel tank and a clean interior and exterior. Separate charges apply for missing fuel at $8 per gallon and excessive mud, smoke, or pet hair at a minimum of $250.
• Smoking or vaping incurs a $500 fee. Late returns cost $1 per minute. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• You authorize credit-card charges for damage, lost accessories, towing, or recovery. You are also liable for lost rental income while damage puts the vehicle out of service. These costs are separate from the listed price.
• Drive only on marked public paved or gravel roads. No off-road driving, racing, towing, pushing, or commercial use is permitted. Violations void insurance coverage and leave you fully liable.
• Accidents require immediate reporting to police first and the rental operator second, plus a copy of the police report.
