- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; arrive 45 minutes early if renting a wetsuit
- Ages 11+ only; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

- Alcohol and substance use have zero tolerance; participation may be denied if you are suspected of being under the influence
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 days before your reservation for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before. Date changes cost $75 less than 1 week before, $130 less than 3 days before, and $175 on the day of the trip.
