Refunds are available when canceled at least 48 hours before the start time. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the tour start time.

FAQs
You may join late for remaining tastings. Arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without checking in is considered a no-show.
The tour will be canceled and fully refunded if flooding closes the road or there is a high risk of closure.
At least one person from each booking must be present at every vendor stop to receive tastings. Unclaimed tastings are donated to the community.
