- Wheelchair lift accommodation may be available with at least 3 weeks' notice and is limited to one wheelchair per bus
- Wheelchair lifts fit chairs up to 49 in × 28 in and 700 lbs; scooters and large electric chairs may not fit
- Travelers with special needs require a companion to assist them onto the coach

Full refund available with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
