Important details

• Ages 21+ are covered by the included insurance; riders under 21 require their own comprehensive insurance and a motorcycle-endorsed license
• Present a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement on arrival
• Sign the rental agreement and waiver before riding
• Keep the motorcycle on Maui. Only you may drive it, and it cannot be used for racing, towing, transporting passengers or property for hire, or while under the influence
• Stay on paved roads. This motorcycle is not permitted off-road or on the South Side route to or from Hana; violations carry a minimum $500 service charge
• Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline or a $25 fuel charge applies
• You are responsible for the first $5,000 of motorcycle damage, plus lost rental revenue while the motorcycle is being repaired or awaiting parts
• Parking and traffic violations, roadside service, and negligent mechanical damage are your responsibility
• Lost keys, flat tires, dead batteries, registration cards, or no-fault insurance cards carry a $50 charge each; a missing license plate costs $125, and a lost or damaged helmet costs at least $100
• Return the motorcycle by the due-back time. Returns 30 minutes or more late are charged a minimum of one hour
• File a police report within 2 hours of an accident
