Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are fully charged. Refunds are not provided for cancellations outside the operator's control, including weather or force majeure.

Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes for sharp, uneven lava surfaces. Bring a jacket or long-sleeved shirt since Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park can be chilly, and bring a camera.
Volcanic fumes (gasses) can be hazardous. If you have heart or breathing problems, or you are pregnant, traveling with infants, or traveling with young children, avoid areas where fumes persist.
If you received a voucher or ticket when you paid for your tour, bring it to give to the driver. If you were not given a ticket, show a picture ID.
