Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds are available once a tour has commenced. Inter-island flights are non-refundable.
FAQs
Your guide picks you up on the Big Island from your local hotel or the airport. If your pickup time changes, you’ll be notified; typical pickup is between 7am and 8am.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a camera, tropical clothes, swimwear, and comfortable walking shoes or flip flops. A light jacket is also recommended.
Plan for volcanic fumes (vog) that may be hazardous to your health and walking or hiking over rough, uneven surfaces to view lava.
