Minimum age is 2 years. Maximum weight is 280 lbs per passenger; a comfort seat fee may apply for passengers over 280 lbs—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuities and late arrival or rescheduling fees are not included.
FAQs
Submit the online waiver at least 48 hours before your helicopter tour time (or immediately if you book for the same or next day). Also submit the credit card authorization form at least 48 hours before the tour; the card owner must bring the card and matching photo ID.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you are not there at the scheduled time, it is treated as a no-show and no refund is given.
