• Weight limit 280 lbs per passenger; passengers over 280 lbs and up to 300 lbs require a Comfort Seat, not included in the listed price, for $50 per passenger
• Complete the online waiver immediately after booking and watch the required safety briefing before arrival
• Bring a valid photo ID; the cardholder must bring the physical credit card and matching ID
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
