Private tours must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to the start time for a full refund; cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are at the operator’s discretion; if cancelled due to weather and not rescheduled, a full refund is issued. No-shows are not refunded.
FAQs
Wear comfortable hiking clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (long pants and a long-sleeve shirt are recommended). Wear your swimsuit under your clothes, bring an extra set of clothes to change into, and bring a fully charged phone for photos. Wear shoes you can easily take off for the ride; you’ll be fitted with water shoes at the hiking spot.
Look for a black luxury Cadillac Escalade marked “HAWAIIAN STYLE” at your confirmed pickup time and location.
