Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 20+ need 72 hours' notice. No refunds for no-shows, missed boats, wrong locations or vessels, or cancellations within 24 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
