Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 20 or more need 72 hours' notice to modify, cancel, or receive a refund. No refunds or rebooking for no-shows, missed departures, or cancellations within 24 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels.
