Important details
- Ages 16+ only.
- Wear completely enclosed shoes or boots and a riding helmet; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
- A signed waiver is required for every rider.
- Bring printed directions if you're unfamiliar with the area. Cell service is very limited, and GPS routing is not advised.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride.
Cancellation Policy
Rides run rain or shine. If unsafe conditions cause cancellation, your ride will be rescheduled, or a refund including the booking fee may be issued if rescheduling is not possible. Request changes at least 72 hours ahead; cancellations require good reason for a refund, minus the booking fee. No refunds for no-shows or rides missed due to lateness or the wrong location.
