- A parking permit is required and is not included in the listed price. You'll purchase it at the Park Office before meeting your guide.
- Check in at the Park Office before meeting your guide.
- Wear completely enclosed shoes or boots and a riding helmet; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Sign a waiver before riding; every rider needs a signed waiver.
- Bring printed directions if you're unfamiliar with the area. Cell service is very limited, and GPS routing is not advised.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
Cancellation Policy
Rides run rain or shine. If unsafe conditions cause cancellation, your ride will be rescheduled, or a refund may be issued if rescheduling is not possible; booking fees are refunded. Cancel at least 72 hours ahead with good reason for a refund, minus booking fees. Request rescheduling at least 72 hours ahead. No refunds for no-shows, lateness or arriving at the wrong location.
