- Ages 16+ only
- Wear fully enclosed shoes or boots and a riding helmet; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Sign a waiver before riding; every rider needs one.
- Bring printed directions if you're unfamiliar with the area. Cell service is very limited, and GPS routing is not advised.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
Cancellation Policy
Rides run rain or shine. If unsafe conditions cause cancellation, your ride will be rescheduled, or a refund may be issued if rescheduling is impossible; the booking fee is refunded. Cancel 72+ hours ahead with good reason to qualify for a refund, excluding the booking fee. Request rescheduling 72+ hours ahead. No refunds for no-shows, lateness or arriving at the wrong location.
