Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your ride for a full refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, late arrivals, or choosing not to ride. Your ride may end early without a refund if you break rules or disrespect animals or guides. Full refund if canceled due to unsafe weather.
