Itinerary

1. Prior to Event Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up the battlefield, inflate bunkers, position blinds, and prepare the large-field layout.
2. During Event As players arrive, our team verifies that participant waivers have been completed before allowing players to enter the battlefield. Players review the posted rules, are outfitted with blasters and safety equipment, and are organized into teams. Our team then runs a series of structured Nerf missions, manages gameplay flow, and keeps the action moving so players stay engaged throughout the event.
3. End of Event At the conclusion of the event, gameplay ends and our team begins packing up the battlefield. Bunkers are deflated, equipment is collected, and the play area is cleared within 60 minutes.

Important details

• Adult supervision is required at all times
• Damage charges are not included in the listed price. You're responsible for damage caused by you or anyone in your party
• Your event location requires at least 4,000 square feet of play space and parking for the team's vehicle and trailer
• Prepare a safe, hazard-free play area before the team arrives. Keep it clean, dry, and free of mud, sand, and loose debris
• Complete an individual participant waiver before entering the battlefield
• Wear eye protection at all times. No pushing, shoving, grappling, or other physical contact is allowed
• Handle equipment responsibly. Do not modify it or use it outside the intended activity
• Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early because of unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or participant behavior. Weather and site conditions may require moving play to an alternate approved area
• Late arrivals, unmet participation requirements, or venue issues may delay or interrupt play
