Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours, on holidays, and no-shows are non-refundable.
FAQs
Riders must be at least 4'8" tall. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Your bike rental includes a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the rental may be forfeited. Late returns incur an additional hourly charge.
The business is closed on Mondays. If your return date falls on a Monday, return the bike Tuesday between 10:00 and 11:00 AM at no additional charge.
