Arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time to get suited up, store your items, and begin the land demo. Sessions are booked back to back, so arriving late reduces your water time.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing or swimwear. Bring sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap recommended), a towel, and water to stay hydrated. Bring a change of clothes if needed.
Yes. Keep your dog on a leash at all times. Bring a flat leash (no retractables) and treats if needed. A dog life jacket is provided if you don’t have one.
