Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 3 days before your visit; 50% refund for cancellations 1–3 days before. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. Ticket transfers to another day or time are available if requested before your appointment. You may transfer your ticket to someone else by forwarding your confirmation email.
