• You're responsible for equipment damaged through negligence or misuse. Rods and reels lost overboard are charged at current retail replacement value.
• Complete and sign the electronic liability waiver before departure; it is required to board.
• Bring your own food, drinks, sunblock and personal items.
• Do not use devices or apps to record, track or share the boat's location, route or fishing spots. Violations may end the charter immediately.
• Follow the captain's safety and conduct instructions. Illegal drugs, excessive intoxication and unsafe behavior are prohibited and may end the charter.
• The captain determines safe conditions, fishing locations and techniques. Unsafe offshore conditions may mean fishing inshore or in alternative waters instead.
• Follow all fishing regulations; the captain may release fish to comply with them.
• Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled charter.
