Public tours: Full refund 8+ days before; 1–7 days before, reschedule or receive a refund minus $10 per person. No refunds or rescheduling less than 24 hours before. Tours run in rain, shine or snow unless conditions are dangerous. If canceled for dangerous weather, reschedule to an agreed date; if no date can be agreed, you'll receive a full refund.
