Know before you go
- Ages 12+ only; children 11 and under cannot enter, including in strollers or carriers
- Wear a shirt with sleeves; sleeveless tops are not permitted
- Do not bring photography equipment; bringing it cancels the tour
- Store personal belongings, including phones, in lockers and remove jewelry before entering
- Wear a hairnet; beard covers and foot covers are required when applicable
- Sign the required risk and quality-control documents in Japanese on arrival
- Wheelchairs, strollers, baby carriers, canes, pets, and high heels are not permitted due to narrow, uneven factory floors
- Do not participate while intoxicated or if you have fever or cough symptoms
- Stay with staff and follow instructions around forklifts and other factory vehicles
- If driving, display your printed confirmation email on the dashboard when using the reserved stalls at 1505 Dillingham Blvd.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour and no-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Production-line machines may be stopped for inspections or other unavoidable reasons.
Avoid bringing large luggage. Lockers are limited, and the café has no storage space during the roastery tour. Bags larger than 16.5 x 14.5 x 10 inches may be left in the museum room at your own risk.
Arrive before your scheduled start time. The tour begins promptly at the start time.
