- Ages 18+ to rent; passengers must be at least 12. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
- A valid boating safety certificate is required to operate the jet ski. Florida law requires operators born on or after January 1, 1988, to complete an approved boater safety course and carry a boater education card.
- Bring your physical, valid driver's license.
- Bring the physical credit card used for the booking to check-in. The cardholder must be present with matching valid photo identification, and the cardholder's name must match the booking's contact name.
- Gratuity is not included. A tip of 10–20% of your booking rate is customary for good service.
- Complete the waivers before riding and stay within the designated riding area.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for waivers and the safety briefing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels for inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, choose an alternative date or a full refund. Rain alone is not severe weather. Unsafe, illegal or disruptive behavior may end your participation without a refund.
